 Just like #1662, the permissions for
 `/var/www/drupal/sites/mapguide.osgeo.org/files` needs to be fixed so it
 is writable and directories can be created under it by users under the web
 group.

 That way, I can also upload and restore broken links to MapGuide Web API
 documentation as well.
