 Tasks for SAC committee:

  - setup Drupal 8.2.1 on VM
  - give access to myself and any others interested

 There was mention of "someone willing", I am willing to help migrate and
 update content to the new system.  As we know, larger tasks like the
 Service Providers Search tool will take much teamwork.  But let us get
 started on Drupal 8.2.1 and see....
