It looks like this MIT licenced project has full LDAP support:
https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat

They also offer deploy and maintainance services:
https://rocket.chat/services

It's in JavaScript/Coffescript rather than Go,
but nobody is perfect :P
