[SAC] Changing the link colors of trac instance?

Hi SAC,

we would like to change the link colors of the GRASS GIS trac instance
to more standard colors
(https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/1105).

However, I don't understand what and where to edit. Any pointers?
