[SAC] Wiki registration process

Hi,

+1, this is a good idea.

I was/am travelling (conferences and holidays), just catching up with
emails....

Was this taken care of already? Because this was directed at me
personally, I guess not?

I can't work on this until 12th April (when I am back home and at work).
