[SAC] QGIS services on OSGeo Infrastructure

During today SAC meeting we found this information to
be outdated:

Can anyone from the QGIS team please update it ?
On the SAC_Service_Status we want to group services
by VM and VMs by hosting machines, so anything which
is NOT running on the "osgeo4" machine, which the QGIS
section is a sub-section of, should be moved in a
different place (maybe under
"Cloud Hosted Servers under SAC Control" if that's the case)
