[SAC] Next meeting January-4th

Happy Holidays!!!

Next meeting Thursday January 4th, 2018 at 8:00 pm UTC [1]
The next meeting agenda can be found on [2]

Last meeting was almost 2 hours, and we decided to cut it short to half
hour, so to be able to save time, we need to have the status reports ready
on the agenda, that way the meeting can go smoothly and in 1/2 hour. As you
can see I left a "<Fill report here>" on the agenda so that we can fill it
when we have time.

If you have a topic to discuss, please add it to the agenda and start the
discussion.
If you want to continue the discussion, please add it to the agenda.
If you have a question please add it to the agenda.
If you have an answer to any of the questions, please add it to the agenda.
If you feel that the order should be changed, please don't hesitate to
change it.

After the meeting, we can proceed to do "hands on" tasks, which it was why
the last meeting took too long.
