I've completed my 50 hours of sysadmin work and here's a recup of
what was done with that time.

 o https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1864 - trac maximum recursion depth exceeded while calling a Python object
 o https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1865 - disable trac pagesync
 o https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1866 - fix trac stats plugin bug

I've made some progress in these still open issues:

 o mantra shipping

I hope a new sysadmin role will be appointed soon to continue the rebirth
of the OSGeo infrastructure.
