 Please don't wait for me. The spam filter is a beast of configuration, any
 admin can tweak the filter, and any developer can try to improve the
 filter. Given the Mantra strategy we could really relax things more, but
 we need to find a way to make it easy to tweak for more people. The wiki
 should contain all instructions about how to do this system-wide (see
 /etc/trac) - or each trac instance administrator can do it locally.
