 We are currently establishing a Norwegian QGIS user group (see:
 http://qgis.no) and would very much like to have a "qgis-no-user" mailing
 list in the OSGeo infrastructure (comparable to what Italian, US, German,
 … user groups have).

 I am available for administration from or site, but have no idea what that
 implies...
