Wow I am in a cascade of fail ...

I have been in contact with Steve Lehr, who is an organizer for the Daytona
2017 code sprint. He is one of the organizers .. and has been unable to
keep the sponroships on that page up to date due to lack of wiki access.

I have confirmed that he filled in https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/
Special:RequestAccount

In trying to report this issue to SAC, trac rejects my new issue as
potential spam.

Can we help out Steve (CCed).
