[SAC] [Hosting] DNS & DHCP Infrastructure Migration Jul 17, 2017 10am-2pm PDT (1700-2100 UTC)

All,

We're going to be migrating to our new DNS and DHCP system on July 17, 2017
between 10am-2pm. During that window the following will happen:

- Any new DNS changes will be paused until the process is complete
- Brief DNS outage on each server when they are being migrated
- There will be a mix of servers running the old and new setup

I expect this process to only take about an hour or less, but I'm giving
ourselves a four hour window just in case. We have automated as much as we
can but it's difficult to know if we run into any other major issue. I will
send another update the morning of the outage as a reminder.
