[SAC] [Hosting] Moving High-impact Ganeti VMs

Hello,

The OSL is working on our internal ganeti cluster and we need to schedule
downtime from 9-11 AM PDT, (16:00-18:00 UTC), On Wednesday June 7th (6/7).
The OSL has been working to rotate a few racks we have so that we can
finish the transition to hot and cold isles in our data center. 3 of our
ganeti nodes in our cluster are in a rack that needs rotating, so we need
to vacate these nodes in order to minimize downtime while we rotate the
servers. This is the first step toward finishing the last racks we need to
rotate. The VMs we are moving are high impact and will move to another node
that is unaffected by the move, so this should be the only downtime for
these VMs in relation to the move. VMs remaining on the affected nodes will
have an longer downtime when we make the move. If you want to you know if
you're affect and want to move your VM ahead of time, please let us know
directly.

Each VM should be down for about 5 minutes, however we are scheduling 2
hours in case of any issues we come across.
