[SAC] website/branding contract review

Just a heads up, contract has come in, for our pal Harrison to review. Many
of the details we are considering clarification on are with respect to
interaction between SAC and the contractor.

As such please expect some questions discussion over the course of this
week as we get something we can sign. Remember Harrison is part of the
marketing committee, and as vote to use on your behalf. He may also be able
to share the contract with you privately at your request (we just do not
want it public).
