I'd like to put this vote on hold for a day or two until I can get a report from the Treasurer making sure we actually have the amount for this within our current budget. Hopefully I'll have those numbers before the meeting tomorrow.

Sounds like an agenda/task item for the meeting is to get more people to go through tickets, and see if we can resolve and correctly mark priority.

Ok, I'd like the contract to be flexible so I suggest we put a deadline of spending the hours within 2 months. Looks like your previous contract only had it at 1 month.

I was thinking of tasks Martin currently does under volunteered hours.
