[SAC] drupal osgeo.org website - banner with tagline update

Afternoon Jeff, good luck in today's election.

Can I ask for a hand with ticket https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2011 ?

I have run up a couple options for the drupal website banner, that give us
the tagline while not easily being confused for a logo. Images attached to
the ticket.
