[SAC] Long email distribution delays on OSGeo lists since yesterday

Hi,

I (as a few others) have noticed that emails sent to OSGeo lists have 
a unusual distribution delay since roughly yesteday. Above 15 
minutes for sure.
Perhaps an overloaded server ?
