[SAC] Github restrictions on Browser Clients

Hi SAC -
 
  today I was prevented from seeing a Github dot-com page because my web browser / http client 
was "not supported" .. Sounds fine, except, that the browser is widely used, is standards-based
and works well on other sites now. 
 
  I am reminded of how easy it is, for web clients that work today, to be turned off with no recourse tomorrow.
