This is a simpler proposal that is easier to support.

+0 (support it but haven't gone through details to really know)

Also, more generally, I support any SAC efforts and actions.  I'm not
convinced that we need a vote on everything like this.  The details of
setting up a beta site should largely be up to the SAC member doing
the work.
