 I copied the @ SPF record to lists and mail subdomains as TXT records.
 Apparently dedicated SPF records are depricated and no longer recommended.

 Several online validators show these are ok. Though I'm getting mixed
 answers from the documentation about the -all at the end. Let's see if
 gmail is happy now.
