[SAC] Next SAC meeting decide on time

In last SAC meeting we discussed changing to a weekend date to encourage
people who usually can't attend to attend.

The two times we settled on as possibly good are

Saturday April 14th 2018 

Either - 4AM UTC -

Let's vote on which is best.  I'd especially like to hear from those folks
where the Thursday time of  8 PM UTC never works for them.

If neither of the above works for you, please state an alternative preferred
and we can add to our list for vote.
