 @strk sorry, change of plans... We abandoned the (cloud)server with IP:
 195.201.130.197
 after we found out the old server was actually doing fine....

 And plugins.qgis.org went back to it's (old) server 'qgis2' at:
 144.76.174.102

 So if you prefer 195.201.130.197 (a Hetzner could ip) can be removed from
 the whitelist.

 Not sure if 213.133.111.115 is related to this ticket?
 We have never used that ip for plugins.qgis.org (I think)
