 This issue appears to be due to an improper SSL certificate, here is the
 error text from firefox:

 mapserver.org uses an invalid security certificate.
 The certificate is only valid for drone.osgeo.org
 Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN
 }}}
