Comment:

 Current list archives appear to be generated properly and extract using
 zcat to plain text as expected for at least
 https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/sac/2006-April.txt.gz and
 https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/sac/2018-February.txt.gz

 Marking as resolved - if old broken archives have been stored elsewhere
 and need to be fixed, a new ticket should be opened for that purpose.
