 Sorry didn't even know this task was here.

 postgis.org is not under osgeo jurisdiction.  That is owned by Refractions
 who refused to give up the domain for PostGIS use. postgis.net is the
 domain owned by osgeo.org.

 Can you instead repoint  postgis.osgeo.org  -- to postgis.net, or actually
 you can just get rid of it period. I don't think there is any benefit to
 having postgis.osgeo.org since no one knows about that domain.
