 Regina you need to accept "postgis.osgeo.org" as a ServerName for the
 "postgis.net" IP, or right now Jenkins responds to that URL. But then I
 guess we'd have SSL issues, so it would need to be a redirect, not an IP
 alias, unless you define another virtual host just for that domain.

 All in all it may be just simpler to drop that domain as you suggest...
