The Internet2 connection from Eugene to Sunnyvale went down at 17:57.
The fiber provider reports a fiber cut in Eugene, near Division Ave and
Ross Lane, due to a car accident.
Fiber repair crews are inbound but the extent of the damage is unknown, so
no ETA at this time.

NERO customers would have seen minimal impact as transit traffic failed
over to other available paths automatically.
