[SAC] SSL certificate problem: - Fwd: Autoupdate has failed for the resource 'grasslibs.pot'

This is absolutely my fault.  I found the problem and fixed it.  I think 
I owe every GRASS GIS person I see this year a beer.  No laughs here, 
this was unacceptable I know.  -jeff
