 We would like to create a new mailing list for English-speaking gvSIG
 Developers. This list is aimed to be the main contact point for gvSIG
 developers. Would it be possible?

 The archived old gvSIG developers mailing list is available here:
 https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/mailman/archives/gvsig-desktop-
 devel/index.html.

 Regarding the list of users of the old mailing list, Joinup is not
 offering this option, it is not possible to export a subscribers’ list.
