 I thought Vicky and I fixed this when introducing a month field for the
 listing of sponsor logos... but it is not working.

 The fields when defining a sponsor are:

 * month: 1-12
 * year: 2017, 2018, ...

 So at present:

 * How2Map (2017/01) should be expired, showed as text only at the bottom
 of the page
 * GeoCat (2017/03) should be expired, showed as text only at the bottom of
 the page
 * Boundless (2017/06) should still be listed in May, but expire in June
