[SAC] Fwd: osgeo CN domain and keyword

My OSGeo email is littered with these, almost exact same text, sent to 
info@ mentioning a company and China domain.  (I see we discussed this 
back in 2013/14 and there was another one sent in 2017)  Ignore.  -jeff
