 enhance the use of Docker images; possibly hosting docker files as source
 or binary; possibly branding them as 'osgeolive server' images..

 OSGeo as a trust source of binaries has many challenges. There may be a
 possibility to use SHA1 hash id's on the binary executables to make an
 audit trail of Docker contents.
