 Spoke with OSUOSL they said fine and gave us list of our currently used
 ips and said if we need more for migration, let them know.

 Going to add the old base.osgeo.osuosl.org IP which is not currently in
 use and probably never will again since it was a template for building VMS
 on ganetti cluster.

 I plan to do this in about 2 hrs from now.

 There shouldn't be much down time, but I'd want to reboot the server to
 make sure the ips stick, so will probably be down for 5-10 minutes.

 Scream if this will be an issue for you.

 At moment - production things running on it that will be impacted are

 nextcloud.osgeo.org, community-review.foss4g.org, spatialreference.org,
 dronie.osgeo.org
