 My findings: the digicert certificate will not work with gatekeeper (see
 [https://www.digicert.com/code-signing/apple-certificates.htm|Apple Code
 Signing Certificate Guide]).  We should have a Developer ID and probably a
 apple certificate - but apparently currently no one has access.  I guess
 that will be cleared up soon.
