 Following up with my comment on https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2317

 I cannot upload jars to the GeoTools repository, keep on getting a 401.
 I'm using the same credentials to successfully login here, on the web
 site, and gitea, so guessing my account has not been given the right
 authorizations (indeed, 401, not authorized).

 I'm a committer and PMC members of GeoTools, so I should be able to do the
 upload :-D
