 I think we can start buy putting together some cloud hosting offerings
 that have windows builds and then put in budget perhaps in SAC budget for
 this.

 I think if we can set aside say $150/$200 /mth we have enough for a 16GB
 windows cloud server that is always on for whatever needs.

 I'd be willing to manage it since I have a lot of experience with windows.
