 Thank you so much for the prompt answer!

 The Lime survey is running, but there might be a problem connection to
 LDAP.

 Can you please go to the login page and test the login?

 https://limesurvey.osgeo.org/index.php?r=admin/authentication/sa/login

 The reported error is just: "Protocol error"
