 Okay I'll get that up today.  It turns out I can't just repoint the europe
 one.  I'm in the middle of migrating the old web-extra server -- so I'm
 going to recode the way this is done.

 right now it is in apache and each year has a proxy redirect to the
 corresponding web host.

 I'm going to move it to nginx -- and then have the new wordpress be the
 2020
