 Just a side note -- I thought it was my moving the webextra VM when  I
 noticed 2018 is down https://europe.foss4g.org/2017/ .  I concluded though
 that it's the domain because when I tried get to it directly -  https
 ://foss4g-europe.osgeopt.pt  I couldn't.  And I'm pretty sure it was
 working last week when I tested it.

 https://europe.foss4g.org/2017/ works fine
