 Now that 2020 is rolling along, we should start thinking about the budget.

 I noticed while I was in Pairs that the following will be expiring this
 coming year

 tilecache.org - Dec 2020

 So we should include those

 On System Admin stuff - didn't get thru all the things I wanted to do -
 old-webextra is taking me a bit to remap all the sites.

 Still need to upgrade/rebuild the old things like old-wiki etc. So that
 alone will require another system contract.

 Then there is the remapping of wiki to use LDAP and support of LDAP ssh
 keys.  Not sure the level of effort there.
