FYI:

This was directed at one of our hosts and we noticed the outage as well.
I'm working with NERO on any further issues that may be related to this.
This happened between 1421-1425 UTC for a reference.

A DDoS against a customer connected to the Corvallis hub occurred
between 06:21 and 06:25 this morning.  This impacted traffic of other
customers connected to the Corvallis hub.

We will continue to monitor and take appropriate action in the event of
a recurrence.
