[SAC] Pending tickets for FOSS4G2019

Dear SAC members,

First of all, I would like to wish you a happy and prosperous New Year!

Secondly, I would kindly ask you to take a look at the two tickets 
opened recently by FOSS4G 2019 BLOC [1] [2]. The time is short and it's 
essential for us to start the call for papers ASAP. The two issues are 
the main blockers at this time.
