 The LOC decided that we'd like to go for a private mailing list for the
 program committee.

 For those fearing transparency issues. It won't make things less
 transparent than in previous years. When I was involved in the program
 committee, we mailed people of the program committee directly and had
 discussions during synchronous meetings.
