[SAC] SAC Thursday meeting can't attend

I was also not able to attend.

Website role requests continue to come in, it is always that we default to
no useful roles as the vast majority just want to share an event or a news
post.  I wonder if we could somehow adjust the author role to only edit
their own (unpublished) post?

There has also been some discussion on a payment paypal button - and we
have a technical solution that does not require a plugin (which involves a
bit more work from the treasurer).
