 When we open a new ticket or update an old one, we add
 osgeolive at lists.osgeo.org in CC.

 Mailman asks for confirmation every time, even if we have whitelisted that
 e-mail address...

 Is there a way to automatically subscribe trac_osgeolive at osgeo.org to the
 osgeolive mailing list?
