Apologies, I got to reviewing this last week. Looks fine, let's change the start date to Aug 1, end date can be end of the year. With those updates I'll submit it to be signed.

I encourage everyone else to look at the tickets/tasks mentioned and review if there are any other tickets/tasks we want to include. I went back and forth in my head about if we should retain a % of time for unexpected events to be handled under the contract or not, since it's hard to predict hours needed for those.
