 On osgeo7 is not working.

 Asks for an install - shows current is installed but disabled

 It looks like lxd 3.14 came out on 2019-06-19 so might be because it got
 stuck in a middle of an upgrade since it's set to autoupgrade.

 The server has been asking to be restarted, but I didn't want to do it
 until I got back from trip.

 I plan to restart the server later today or early tomorrow and do whatever
 additional installs are required.
