#2262: lists.osgeo.org doesn't accept mail from SMTP server without MX record

 My mail to mapserver-dev is deferred because lists.osgeo.org doesn't
 accept mail from my ISP SMTP server due to it not having an MX record in
 DNS:
 {{{
 -Queue ID- --Size-- ----Arrival Time---- -Sender/Recipient-------
 293C44C247C     6202 Sat Mar 16 12:33:30  sebastic at xs4all.nl
 (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=smtp.xs4all.nl
 type=MX: Host not found, try again)
                                          mapserver-dev at lists.osgeo.org

 -- 6 Kbytes in 1 Request.
 }}}

 It's kind of silly to require an outgoing SMTP server to have an MX record
 which is only relevant for incoming mail. If you want an MX record you
 need to check the domain of the sender in the From and/or Sender header.
