The only limitation with LXD is I think we can only do linux Oss – eg. Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, OpenSuse, GenToo etc.

Also when you need it by.  I can discuss with Alex and rest of SAC to confirm no one has issues with it.

Hi Regina!

This may be the best, given the urgency of having a place to host the bottles to continue updating others.

However – since we do have a nice lxd container system setup, might make more sense to spin up a new container for this purpose than put it on download.osgeo.org <http://download.osgeo.org> .  Then depending on what you need we could do that before download.osgeo.org <http://download.osgeo.org>  move.
