New description:

 - I would like to update the docs that live on the download VM in the
 folder /osgeo/download/livedvd/data/mapserver/, but user 'jmckenna' cannot

  - I have uploaded the file to that download server already, so please
 execute this copy command there:

 cp /osgeo/download/mapserver/docs/mapserver-7-4-html-docs.zip
 /osgeo/download/livedvd/data/mapserver
 }}}
